By accessing, registering on, or using the 201pub platform (accessible at https://201pub.net and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Registration Requirements

To register a 201pub account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 201pub or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion list at the time of registration;
• Not have had a previous 201pub account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

201pub reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 201pub. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 201pub employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 201pub login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 201pub support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 201pub may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

Accepted Payment Methods

201pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine-based payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 201pub reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your 201pub account details;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• 201pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.

Anti-Money Laundering

201pub is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally mandated. Deposits made to 201pub must represent funds from legitimate sources. Any attempt to use 201pub for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

201pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.

Bonus Abuse

201pub strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms;
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent;
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

Where 201pub determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.

Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, time, or game-specific restrictions. 201pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Random Number Generation

All 201pub slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by our licensed game suppliers. Live Dealer Games

Malfunction Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 201pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games;
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds;
• Money Laundering: Using 201pub to launder funds derived from illegal activities;
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 201pub's systems, databases, or other players' accounts;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to 201pub by persons under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 201pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 201pub content without prior written authorization;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 201pub content;
• Use 201pub's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 201pub platform.

Any unauthorized use of 201pub's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 201pub.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 201pub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 201pub platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform.

201pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 201pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by 201pub

201pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct on the platform;
• Posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players;
• Failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, 201pub reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balances in the account.

Termination by Player

You may close your 201pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

201pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 201pub will provide notice to registered players through one or more of the following methods:

• A prominent notice displayed on the 201pub platform upon login;
• An email notification sent to the address registered on your account;
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 201pub platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 201pub platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 201pub's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may also apply.

Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
